Announcing the news through his Twitter page, the 'One Time' hitmaker reveals that Taylor Swift came backstage to check his condition before he went to the hospital.

Taylor Swift on Monday evening, November 23, the 15-year-old accidentally fractured his foot on stage as he revealed through his Twitter page.
"just got home from a wild night," the Canadian pop singer began his series of tweets. "i see alot of you are wondering what happened. well i had a great show in front of a great crowd and in the last song ONE TIME i tripped over something on stage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way. turns out I fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot."
Bieber then explained why he skipped the encore, "After i was done i was in such pain i skipped the encore and got off stage and back to see the medics." He continued on his tweet saying that Swift herself came to see him backstage. " came backstage to see me b4 i went to the hospital because she is awsome! spent the rest of the nt in the hospital getting xrays and now a cast. sucks," so he wrote.
Justin Bieber was scheduled to join Taylor Swift in two of her United Kingdom stops of her Fearless Tour. He still has one more stop to go with the Manchester gig, and has assured his fans he will not miss the performance despite his fractured foot. He tweeted, "But dont worry Manchester, me and @taylorswift13 = the show must go on!!"
