Lady GaGa Quits Dating and Using Drugs at 20

The 'Just Dance' singer's best pal, DJ Lady Starlight, reveala that GaGa has stopped taking drugs and is too busy to spare her time for a man.

As she rises to stardom, "Poker Face" singer Lady GaGa quits using drugs and finds difficulty in sparing time for a man, her best pal DJ Lady Starlight revealed. The DJ moreover said that GaGa is focusing on her music career ever since she met the "Bad Romance" singer on her 20th birthday.

During an interview with Britain's Daily Mirror, Starlight said, "I know she's talked about doing lots of drugs but by the time we met she had stopped all that. She didn't even have time for boyfriend." Despite GaGa's past life, Starlight praised her 23-year-old friend, saying "It was obvious even then that GaGa was going to be famous. She was incredibly focused on exactly what she wanted to do."

Beside talking about GaGa's history and music career, Starlight also made a comment about her best friend's outrageous outfit. She told the daily newspaper, "We were very creative but the outfit were often stuck together with glue. Sometimes, they fell apart when we were on stage," recalling that their fashion experiments sometimes got them into trouble.

Lady GaGa released her debut album "The Fame" in 2008. One of the album's singles "Poker Face" earned her a nomination for Best Pop Video and Video of the Year at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Her first mini album "The Fame Monster" was released in U.S. on November 23 this year.
