Tiger Woods' Face Lacerations Caused by Wife, Not Car Crash

The facial lacerations that the professional golfer had were allegedly inflicted by Elin Nordegren during their argument before his solo car accident took place.
A new update about ' car accident on Friday morning, November 27 emerged. According to a conversation the professional golfer had, he didn't suffer facial lacerations because of the accident, instead they were inflicted by his wife of five years Elin Nordegren.

About the conversation, TMZ claimed before the solo car crash happened, Nordegren confronted Woods about rumors of him seeing another woman. As the argument intensified, she reportedly scratched his face up. When Woods flee to his car, she was said following behind with a golf club.

While the 34-year-old drove away in his 2009 Cadillac, she struck the vehicle with the club for several times. Woods, who ultimately became "distracted", has stopped his vehicle to see what had happened. A moment after that, his SUV hit the fire hydrant and later hit a tree.

TMZ, moreover, reported that during the conversation, Woods had said about taking prescription pain medication for an injury. As of the press time, he has yet to be officially interviewed by Florida Highway Patrol following the crash.

Tiger Woods got into an accident when he lost control of his car outside his Florida mansion which is located in the gated community of Islesworth. About his condition on the scene of the accident, Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor said Woods suffered lacerations to his upper and lower lips. Saylor, additionally, mentioned that Elin Nordegren was the one who pulled her husband out of the vehicle by using a golf club to smash out the back window.
