Celine Dion to Try for Second Baby Again

Although previously having an unsuccessful in vitro fertilization, Celine revealed that she and her husband Rene Angelil 'are trying to have a second child' and 'hope to be blessed again as parents'.

Although the in vitro fertilization she took in October was unsuccessful, Celine Dion and husband Rene Angelil determine to keep on trying for a second baby. Celine, who was in Orlando for a Christmas special at Walt Disney World, told Access Hollywood, "We are trying to have a second child and we hope to be blessed again as parents. That would be amazing."

Celine will see Dr. Zev Rosenwaks, who has helped her conceiving her first child Rene Charles Angelil, at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Center Medical Center. She said, "Actually, we are all set. We are going back to the same people, the same doctor in New York and it's a big process." She continued, "I'm sure people go through in-vitro know how much it takes and it demands, but I'm good."

The 41-year-old singer continued to say that she and Rene are very blessed for having their first son. "We have a wonderful child, we're extremely happy. It's not like, 'Oh my God, she's not pregnant and she's depressed'," she said. "You know how it works. We are great. We hope for the best, we hope to get pregnant. If it happens, it happens."

Celine, moreover, revealed on how she explained to her 8-year-old son Rene Charles about her unsuccessful fertilization. She shared, "When we announced to him that we were pregnant and then it didn't work out, he said, 'Wasn't it supposed to be 100 percent sure,' I said it was 100 percent. But it's nature and it didn't work out."

"And he was looking at me and he said, 'Are you going to try again?'," Celine recalled further. "I said, 'Yeah, we are going to try again.' He knows exactly what we are doing, so he's great."

Back in November, Celine Dion's husband Rene Angelil gave confirmation about rumor suggesting that Celine was having a miscarriage. He, at that time, told Canadian newspaper Journal de Montreal that Celine actually wasn't pregnant because the in vitro fertilization she took was not implanted successfully.
