Taylor Lautner will make his debut on "Saturday Night Live" this coming Saturday, December 12, and NBC has released a video promoting his first time hosting gig. The short promo sees the depicter of shape-shifter Jacob Black in "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" joined by show regular Kristen Wiig.
While the actor who is romantically linked to country singer Taylor Swift gets to the basic information for the show's upcoming episode, Wiig distracts him by sharing her past. Making a reference at his part in the "Twilight Saga" series, the "Whip It!" actress jokes she used to think that she is a werewolf.
On the December 12 edition of "Saturday Night Live", Taylor Lautner will be joined by musical guest Bon Jovi. His appearance on the show comes a week after "Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively hosted the December 5 episode which had Rihanna as musical guest, and a week before James Franco plays host to the December 19 edition.
The 17-year-old actor has come to New York City to rehearse for his appearance at the late-night sketch comedy show. Last Monday, December 7, the Shark Boy in "The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl in 3-D" has been spotted arriving at New York's JFK Airport.
