Representatives for both the actor and the Australian model come out with denial of reports that the twosome has been engaged in Morroco, Africa in late November.

Orlando Bloom has bent his knee to ask
Miranda Kerr's hand in marriage. On Monday, December 14, representatives for both the "Lord of the Rings" star and the Australian beauty came up with denial of the engagement reports.
"There is no truth to any rumors of engagement," Orlando's representative said. Affirming the statement, Miranda's spokesperson stated, "I can confirm with absolute certainty Matt did not say anything of the sort and was upset to see the article."
Women's Day magazine was the first which came up with news that 32-year-old actor has been secretly engaged to the Victoria's Secret model in late November. According to the publication, the actor popped the question to Miranda when they went to Morroco, Africa for the re-opening of the famous hotel La Mamounia.
The magazine, additionally, claimed that Miranda's brother Matthew had confirmed the secret engagement during a party in Queensland back in early December. At the time, Matthew reportedly said, "He's finally done it - Orlando has proposed. They're getting married."
