The reports come out after a family friend reportedly congratulates the winner of 'American Idol' season 4 and the hockey player on their engagement.
Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher could be taking their relationship to the next level. On Sunday, December 20, AI Now reported that the Ottawa Senators player had bent his knee to ask the "American Idol" alum's hand in marriage.
The engagement reports emerged after a family friend, Colin Peters, is said taking to his Twitter page to congratulate Carrie and Mike. "Congratulations to mike fisher and Carrie underwood! We just got the call at our family Christmas get together :)" Colin reportedly wrote.

The 26-year-old, in addition, stated that she doesn't want to have more than five children. "Two kids is good; three is fine. Four? Somebody's getting something done, because we ain't having five!" she explained.
