Hosting the 'Saturday Night Live' on December 19, the co-star of Sean Penn in 'Milk' tops his performance on a skit with a man-on-man lip-locking.
Playing a guest host on "Saturday Night Live", James Franco channeled his Adam Lambert side on the show's December 19 episode. In a sketch titled "The Kissing Family", the 31-year-old is captured on camera making out with Will Forte, one of the show's stars who plays his grandfather.
For the sketch, Franco portrays a college student who has brought home his new girlfriend to meet his family for the first time. As the story unravels, it becomes clear that his family has a strong Public Display of Affection quality. After landing a kiss on Bill Hader who takes on his on-screen brother, the star of "Pineapple Express" went on to tongue Forte.
This man-on-man kiss isn't the first time for James Franco. He has been seen starring as Sean Penn's gay lover in the awards-winning "Milk". It is said to be a sort of parody for Lambert's controversial performance at 2009 American Music Awards wherein he landed a wet one on his male keyboardist.
On the night, the Harry Osborn of "Spider-Man 3" also entertained "SNL" fans with other sketches and digital shorts. He opened the show with his monologue in which he reminded audience that it was his second time hosting the show. He also mentioned his "General Hospital" stint as well as joked about making career choice based on random suggestions.
