Having working non-stop for the past three years, the 'Down' hitmaker unravels that he will take a week out in 2010 with a Caribbean getaway.
Jay Sean has announced that he will be taking a little break in 2010 after three years working non-stop to promote his music. In a recent interview with WENN, the 26-year-old rapper/beatboxer revealed his plan after he's done with his scheduled new year's gig.
"I'm taking my first little break in three years," so he claimed before revealing further the duration of his break, "I'm going taking a week out." For the much-needed break, the singer who made his big break in the U.S. with his single "Down" admitted that he will have a tropical getaway. "I'm going to the Caribbean," he shared.
A British singer-songwriter, Jay Sean made his debut in the U.S. with his third studio album titled "", which was released on November 23. His lead single from the effort, "Down", hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in mid-October and made him the first UK Urban act ever to top Billboard Hot 100.
