'[It's] kind of like 'The Matrix' and Neo a little bit,' says the Chuck Bartowski depicter when revealing how Intersect 2.0 will affect his character on the upcoming third season of 'Chuck'.
Zachary Levi recently teased about what "Chuck" has in store for its upcoming third season. In a short video released by Zap2it on Wednesday, December 30, the depicter of Chuck Bartowski said the new Intersect that has been downloaded into his head will be "a little fritzy and glitchy, which lends itself to both the action and the comedy."
The 29-year-old actor then went on to share about how Intersect 2.0 will personally affect Chuck's life. "[It's] kind of like 'The Matrix' and Neo a little bit, but not nearly as cool as that, because Chuck is just not the coolest character in the world," he further explained.
Recently, Levi revealed a new detail about the bromance between Chuck and Morgan in season 3. The self-proclaimed Special Agent Carmichael let out that Chuck's secret spying "continues to put a strain" on the best friends' relationship. "It's difficult because Chuck and Morgan [Joshua Gomez] have been best friends since they were young kids," he said.
"Over the past two seasons, Chuck has had to distance and distance and distance himself from his best friend to try and keep him safe," Levi went on explaining. "His entire personal life is always kind of at risk depending on how much they know or how close they are to the danger he is now involved with."
"Chuck" will return to small screen for its third season with a two back-to-back episode which will be premiered on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 8/7c. It will later move to the regular slot on Monday, January 11 at 9/8c.
