The 'Twilight Saga' hunk collects kudos for Favorite On-Screen Team, which he shares Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, as well as Favorite Breakout Actor.
Taylor Lautner has joined the expanding list of 2010 People's Choice Awards winners. On Wednesday night, December 6 at Nokia Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles, the Jacob Black of "Twilight Saga" has been hailed Favorite Breakout Actor, triumphing over
Chris Pine,
Joseph Gordon-Levitt,
Sam Worthington and
Zachary Quinto.
The Breakout title wasn't the only kudo the 17-year-old collected on the special night. According to USA Today, he also nailed the Favorite On-Screen Team title, which he shared with his "
The Twilight Saga's New Moon" co-stars
Robert Pattinson and
Kristen Stewart. They bested over "
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" stars,
Daniel Radcliffe,
Rupert Grint and
Emma Watson.
Lautner's two awards gave "
Twilight" a boost in terms of the kudos collection. With the additional counts from the actor, the popular vampire drama has led the fields with four kudos. In addition to Lautner's collection, the movie has won two other titles, Favorite Movie and Favorite Franchise.
Other winners at the 36th annual People's Choice Awards, so far, included
Hugh Jackman,
Alyson Hannigan and
Keith Urban. Jackman was named Favorite Action Star, Hannigan took home Favorite TV Comedy Actress, and Urban landed Favorite Male Artist. "
Inglourious Basterds" also took home a prize of Favorite Independent Movie.
