In addition to performing two of her hit songs, the Grammy-winning singer also reenacts a ludicrous phone sex in a 'Saturday Night Live' digital short.
Alicia Keys has shown her comedic side when appearing on "Saturday Night Live" on Saturday, January 9. Being tapped as a musical guest, the 28-year-old R 'n' B singer didn't miss out a chance to draw chuckles through the show's digital short where she gives a booty call to "SNL" regular Andy Samberg.
In the clip, the Grammy-winning singer can be seen making the drunk-dial to Samberg's Lionel late at night. Having a sexy chat with the flamboyant horn-dog, she is heard at one point agreeing to a three way with his grandma. Although offering for some late night loving, she is in the end rejected by Lionel with one hilarious excuse.
During the January 9 edition, the Jay-Z's collaborator also took the "SNL" stage to entertain audience with her musical talent. On the sketch comedy show, she delivered two of her hit songs off album "The Element of Freedom", "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" and "Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down."
Alicia Keys' "The Element of Freedom" is her fourth studio album. It has been released in the U.S. on December 15, 2009 and debuted at number two on the Billboard 200. It its first week alone, the effort has sold 417,000. Still, it is her first album to miss the number one spot on the chart.
