Involved in a Car Crash, Lindsay Lohan in the Brink of Getting Sued

Claiming to have been struck by the 23-year-old actress' car in the wee hour of January 10, a photographer wants to 'press charges so badly' that will put her in jail.

A photographer who was hit by Lindsay Lohan's car early Sunday morning on January 10 wants to sue the actress for the mishap. TMZ was able to speak with the photographer supposedly called Koko after the accident and reported that he is planning to sue the actress. The photog said as quoted, "Of course I'm going to sue them...but I don't care about the money."

The photographer added he is "lucky to be alive", especially since the 23-year-old star's driver was wearing sunglasses while driving in a dark alley in the middle of the night. The supposedly well known paparazi suffered a hand injury, but he didn't sustain other serious injuries. After the accident took place, he was treated on the scene and released right away.

Lindsay Lohan's driver is now a person of interest in the investigation for a criminal assault with a deadly weapon. Although the star of "I know Who Killed Me" is not a suspect, she was inside the car at the time of the accident. With that in mind, the photographer said he wants to "press charges so badly...she's going to jail."

As reported earlier all over the web, Lindsay Lohan was in a hurry as she left The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood, on early Sunday morning. Her car was allegedly struck Koko who was standing too close to the car in order to get a better shot on the star. TMZ further reported that her driver took off so fast after Lindsay got into the car that she didn't even have time to buckle up.
