The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards put 'Avatar', 'Crazy Heart' and 'Up' in the domination of the movie category, and 'Dexter' and 'Grey Gardens' of the television.
All of the winners at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards has finally been read out and been handed out the statuettes. From the gala ceremony held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, January 17, it was unraveled that several movies and TV series have to share its domination this year.
The movie category saw "
Avatar", "
Crazy Heart" and "
Up" grabbing the most awards collection on the night with two nods each. "Avatar" won Best Drama Film and Best Director for James Cameron, "Crazy Heart" nailed first Globe's win for
Jeff Bridges and scored Best Original Song, and "Up" landed the kudos for Best Animated Film and Best Original Score.
In the meantime, the television category have "Dexter" and "
Grey Gardens" in the lead. Both of them collected also two counts each. "Dexter" grabbed its nods from two of its stars
Michael C. Hall and John Lithgow, while "Grey Gardens" won Best Mini-Series or TV Movie as well as gave
Drew Barrymore .
Aired live on NBC, the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards has
Ricky Gervais serving as host.
