Making use of her Twitter account, the star of 'Sonny with a Chance' teases on the possibility of her making a duet with her 'Camp Rock 2' co-star.
There is a chance that
Demi Lovato will be having a duet collaboration with
Joe Jonas. The rumor of the possible duet has been sparked by the star of "Sonny with a Chance" and the middle of the
Jonas Brothers themselves as they exchanged Twitter posts on the matter.
17-year-old Demi was the first one who hinted on the collaboration with her co-star in "
Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam". She tweeted, "@joejonas Yayyy I can't wait to sing our new duet together! :D" Her tweet soon got a response from 20-year-old Joe, who in return tweeted, "@ddlovato you mean our new hip hop duet?"
The duet rumor came hot on the heels of reports that Joe Jonas is planning to take a short break from Jonas Brothers. "It just makes it even better for the three of us and means that we all have our own individual styles of music that we love," the brother of
Kevin Jonas and
Nick Jonas said at the Critic's Choice Awards. "I'm doing a lot of writing and I'm not sure where that will pick up."
Demi Lovato and Jonas Brothers will team up at the upcoming Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on March 7. It is still unclear whether Demi and Joe will be making their duet there or on a new song. Earlier, they have worked together on a song titled "Bounce" while filming their TV movie sequel to "
Camp Rock" in Canada.
