Tara Reid Got Proposed at a L.A. Restaurant

Engaged to Internet entrepreneur boyfriend Michael Axtmann, the 'Josie and the Pussycats' actress is said planning a small wedding by summer 2010.

Tara Reid has been engaged to Michael Axtmann. Representative of the actress confirmed the joyful news through People Magazine, detailing that her Internet entrepreneur boyfriend asked her hand in marriage while dining at The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday night, January 18.

"Michael surprised Tara with a beautiful round brilliant cut ring," her rep told People of the proposal. Providing more info on the special night, the rep added "Tara was so happy, and the other patrons clapped and yelled out, 'Congratulations.' " It was further said that the happy couple are planning a small summer wedding for family and friends.

Tara Reid began dating Michael Axtmann in 2009. Prior to her romantic relationship with the entrepreneur, she got involved with a number of men, including actor Steve Burton and tennis player Mark Philippoussis. She was in 2000 engaged to Carson Daly, but broke it off in 2001.

The 34-year-old recently posed for Playboy's January/February issue. On the cover of the men's magazine, she is seen posing seductively in a cropped tuxedo shirt, fishnet stockings, and a black lace bra. While having once said won't do a photo spread for the mag, she now claimed she is "at the perfect age to do this."
