Having delayed their Christmas wedding, the former Westlife member and the Australian singer will try to fit in their wedding in between World Cup and the end of Formula One season.
Brian McFadden is planning to exchange wedding vows with fiancee
Delta Goodrem this summer. Having postponed their nuptials for at least twice before, the former member of
Westlife insisted that he and the "In This Life" singer will fit the nuptials in between 2010 World Cup and the end of Formula One season.
"We're trying to work out a date between the World Cup and the end of the Formula 1 season," the 29-year-old singer confessed as quoted by The Daily Mail. The "Real to Me" singer added, "It's messing all my plans up. I was going to produce another album but I won't get any work done with both events going on."
The couple who has performed a duet in "Almost Here" was actually scheduled to tie the knot in December 2009, but postponed the plan due to their work schedules. "I know if we don't get married, everyone is going to say there are problems because we pushed the wedding back," McFadden at the time explained. "But we want to get married and take a nice block of time off, like three months, enjoy our families being there and have a nice honeymoon ... not get married between gigs."
Brian McFadden and Delta Goodrem began dating in 2004 following McFadden's split from singer wife
Kerry Katona, with whom he has two daughters, 7-year-old Molly and 6-year-old Lily-Sue. The two, who met for the first time when working together for their song "Almost Here", got engaged in November 2007.
