The husband of Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines was put into police custody on Wednesday, January 27, after his car was spotted straddling two lanes on a West Los Angeles freeway.

Radar Online reported on the wee hours of Wednesday, the 44-year-old was spotted driving at 94 mph and veering across lanes on the 405 Freeway in West Los Angeles, and thus was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers. He was taken into police custody at 3 A.M. after police smelled alcohol in his car and administered a field sobriety check.

Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines, according to the police, was released at 8:30 A.M. PST after posting bail which was placed at $15,000. TMZ claimed that the bail amount was so high because he refused to take a breathalyzer. He is expected to go to court on February 24 for the misdemeanor.
Adrian Pasdar has been playing New York lawyer-turned-senator Nathan Petrelli on "Heroes" since 2006. His character was recently killed off in an episode that was aired November 30, 2009. He has been married to Natalie Maines in 2000 and have two kids together.
