A neighbor of the 'Us Against the World' singer has filed a lawsuit against her and her family over vicious dog attack that happened in October 2008 and left him with 'severe personal injuries'.

Christina Milian is being served with a lawsuit. TMZ has just reported that the "Us Against the World" singer along with her mother Carmen and her sister Danielle are sued by their neighbor for undetermined amount of money over vicious dog attack which happened back in 2008.
81-year-old Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit against Milian and her family earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court. The neighbor of the "
Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" actress claimed that the singer is responsible for a negligence that led to the vicious attack which left him with "severe personal injuries".
Asked about the chronology of the incident, Skolion revealed to TMZ that in October 2008, Milian's home had "flooding problem" which damaged a gate between their properties. To discuss about the repairing of the gate, he paid the wife of rapper The-Dream a visit. It was then one of her dogs escaped and bit "a huge chunk" out of the back of his arm.
The senior citizen added that it took 19 stitches to close the bite wound and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal. He further shared that even to this day, he still has to receive psychiatric help for fear and depression. So far, representatives for Christina Milian have yet to confirm nor deny the lawsuit report.
