Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Stepped Out Together Amid Break-Up Reports

The 'Inglourious Basterds' actor and the 'Salt' actress were seen attending the Directors Guild of America Awards together at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles on January 30.

Although their break-up rumor refused to simmer down, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie try to show the world they are still a happy couple. On Saturday night, January 30, the pair were spotted attending the Directors Guild of America Awards at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles together.

Several eyewitnesses observed that the 46-year-old actor and the 34-year-old actress seemed to enjoy their night out. "They looked very giggly," an observer told People Magazine. Pitt, who introduced "Inglourious Basterds" director Quentin Tarantino that night, was seen very attentive to Jolie, who wore a gray, single-shoulder Ellie Saab gown.

The former husband to actress Jennifer Aniston reportedly pulled Jolie's chair out for her and caressed her back throughout the night as they chatted with Tarantino at a table of his "Inglourious Basterds" colleagues. Another onlooker at the event claimed the two looked like "they are having a fun time" as they worked the room, adding, "It's definitely a date."

The power couple, who have six children together, three of whom were adopted, spent more than four hours at the ceremony. The "Burn After Reading" actor and the "Changeling" actress allegedly stayed close throughout the ceremony. "They were extremely affectionate," another observer said of how Pitt and Jolie acted toward one another on the special occasion.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have sparked split rumors recently. They had allegedly visited a lawyer in Los Angeles last month to divide their assets in half and to share custody of their six kids. Although conflicting reports regarding the fate of their relationship have been swirling, the pair remained mum on the matter before turning up together at the DGA Awards.
