Winning four Grammys in one night proves to be too much for the country singer's two hands to handle as she drops one of her trophies when entering the photo room.
Taylor Swift has already experienced one oops moment with her Grammy trophies. Having won four nods at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, January 31, the 20-year-old country singer was snapped dropping one of the making her way to the gramophone statuettes when making her way into photo room after the show.
While proudly holding onto her four Grammys, the "You Belong with Me" hitmaker can be seen overwhelmed with the number of statuettes in her arms. In the photo, the singer who was dressed in a dark steel blue gown with off-the-shoulder detailing was captured on camera with her mouth wide open as she watches the falling trophy.
Nominated for eight categories, Taylor Swift collected Album of the Year and Best Country Album kudos for "Fearless", in addition to securing Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song kudos for single "White Horse". "I hope that you know how much this means to me, and all my producers, that we can take this back to Nashville," she said upon receiving the trophy.
Following her win, Swift took it to her Twitter page to express her excitement over the four honors. "I will remember this night, this celebration, the screaming and hugging of people I love. The words on cards of hotel room good luck roses..," she tweeted.
2010 Grammy Awards was aired live on CBS from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Beyonce Knowles nailed six out of her ten nominations, including Song of the Year, Best R&B Song and Best Contemporary R&B Album. Other multiple winners included
Kings of Leon,
Black Eyed Peas and
Lady GaGa.
