The one-third of the Jonas Brothers is said to have been joining the cast of the ABC's hit series as the younger version of the Balthazar Getty's character Tommy Walker for flashback episodes.

Joe Jonas steps out of the music industry and is heading to the small screen. The former boyfriend of country crooner
Taylor Swift has been reported to have joined the cast of ABC's hit series "Brothers & Sisters" as a guest star.
Industry sources told Kristin Dos Santos of E! News that the 20-year-old singer will take on the role of the younger version of
Balthazar Getty's character Tommy Walker. If the rumor is true, the "Gotta Find You" hitmaker will be seen in a two-episode flashback arc that focuses on the history of the Walker Family.
Representatives for both the middle member of the pop rock trio and ABC have yet to release official statement regarding his appearance on the series. Words are, he will be joined by Kay Panabaker, Anna Wood and Kasey Campbell, who are also rumored to be cast as the younger version of Kitty, Sarah and Kevin. In addition, Rachel Leigh Cook has allegedly auditioned for the younger version of
Sally Field's character Nora Walker.
Joe Jonas first tries on his acting skills along with his brothers
Kevin Jonas and
Nick Jonas in an episode of "Hannah Montana" in 2007. He then starred alongside
Demi Lovato in the Disney Channel Original Movie "
Camp Rock" in 2008. Currently, Joe and his brothers have their own series called "J.O.N.A.S!" and will be seen in "
Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam".
