Taylor Swift Not Romancing 'Glee' Star Cory Monteith

Slamming the hook-up reports of the 'You Belong with Me' singer and the Finn Hudson of 'Glee', several sources have come forward with statements suggesting the two are 'just friends'.

They have been spotted enjoying each other's company for a couple of times, country crooner Taylor Swift and "Glee" star Cory Monteith are not romantically involved. Several sources have clarified the false story to E! News on February 3, insisting the 20-year-old singer and the 27-year-old TV actor are "just friends."

The hook-up rumor was first fueled when Swift was spotted enjoying dinner with Monteith at Jerry's Deli in Los Angeles on Friday, January 29. The two sparked more dating speculation when they were seen together at Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday, January 30. An eyewitness told OK! Magazine they spent a part of the night flirting to each other although nothing was serious.

While their recent sightings pointed out there could be something between the two, E! came out with reports suggesting the otherwise. The site claimed that on Friday after his dinner with the singer who has just taken home four kudos from the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, Monteith was spotted looking quite cozy with a mystery blonde at Voyeur in West Hollywood.

"Cory showed up to the club with a girl who definitely looked like his date," an eyewitness told E! "Mark Salling showed up with the two as well, but Cory spent the evening attached to the girl at the hip." The eyewitness further revealed that Monteith gave the girl cute kisses on her forehead throughout the evening. "They looked like they were into each other and having fun," the spy added.

Taylor Swift has recently been linked to several Hollywood bachelors. Beside Cory Monteith, she is also reported getting up close and personal with John Mayer. A source told Hollywood Life the two "aren't 'boyfriend and girlfriend' or anything as provincial as that, but they have taken their friendship to the next level."
