Being seated in business class instead of first, the 'Love Lockdown' singer throws a fit on a recent flight from Los Angeles to New York.
Kanye West apparently couldn't be separated from drama. Drawing harsh criticism after he cut off
Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, the 32-year-old rapper has made headlines once again as he is being accused of throwing tantrum over plane seating at Los Angeles International Airport.
The New York Post reported that the "Heartless" hitmaker went berserk on Monday, February 1 when he found out that he and his assistant were seated in business class instead of first on a flight from Los Angeles to New York. An eyewitness simply mentioned, "He wanted to be bumped up." The publication went to report that the boyfriend of
Amber Rose eventually got what he demanded.
As for his infamous incident at MTV Video Music Awards, Kanye West jumped on stage when Taylor Swift delivered her acceptance speech for Best Female Video kudo back in September 2009. Grabbing the microphone from the country singer, the rapper immediately said that Swift's fellow nominee,
Beyonce Knowles, was the one with the best video.
"Yo Taylor. I'm really happy for you," the singer/record producer exclaimed at the time. "I'm gonna let you finish but Beyonce [Knowles] had one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!" After offering two other apologetic statements later on, he went to apologize directly to Swift on the phone for his outburst.
