Madonna Reportedly Dumped by Jesus Luz

Amidst rumors that Madonna has split from her boy toy boyfriend, new report has surfaced suggesting that it was the 23-year-old who initiate their parting.

A new revelation has been made regarding the reported split between Madonna and her boy toy boyfriend Jesus Luz. While previous reports mentioned that the couple has chosen to go their separate ways because they have run out of things to talk about, the Chicago Sun-Times suggested that the break-up was initiated by the singer's younger man.

On the story, the publication's columnist Bill Zwecker reported that the parting of the couple who have a 28-year age gap was "totally amicable". He further claimed that 23-year-old Jesus was the one who instigated the split, reasoning that their "overall lack of mutual interests nixed a long-term relationship."

Earlier reports have blamed the lack of common things to talk about as the reason of Madonna and Jesus Luz's break-up. A friend of the singer was quoted as saying, "As Madonna told me, 'We've just run out of things to talk about. I mean, it's really pushing it for us to have common ground these days. We have Kabbalah, but that's about it.' "

Pointing out other problem in the pair's relationship, the friend added, "The problem with Jesus is as simple as it is obvious. It's the age difference. He's 23. She's 51. How long could it last? How it even lasted a year seems a miracle to a lot of people. He's perfectly nice, a gentleman and very smart. But they are in such different places in their lives."

Madonna met Jesus Luz during a photo shoot for W magazine in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2008. The ex-wife of "Sherlock Holmes" director Guy Ritchie then asked him to join her on her Sticky & Sweet concert tour. The couple had reportedly gone their separate ways in spring 2009 but reconciled after a month of separation. Representatives for the singer have yet to confirm nor deny the split rumor.
