Kim Kardashian Sued by Former Maid

The maid who worked for the star of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' when she was still married to former husband Damon Thomas reportedly seeks for $29,000.

Kim Kardashian has reportedly been entangled in a lawsuit drama with her former maid. TMZ has brought up the news that the star of E! reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is being sued by Isabel Hernandez, the maid who worked for her when she was still married to her former husband, music producer Damon Thomas.

Hernandez claimed that the former couple waited for a long period of time before paying her with a check for $13,100 on March 25, 2006. But, the check reportedly bounced when she tried to cash it. The maid then added that she was supposed to earn $7,800 a year but didn't get a cent in both 2007 and 2008, and wants $300 for 2009. She is suing the socialite $29,000.

In the defense of Kim, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley denies the girlfriend of Reggie Bush owes the maid anything. The lawman further insisted that the sister of Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian divorced Thomas in 2004 and moved out long before there were problem with the maid payment.

Since her divorce from Damon Thomas, Kim Kardashian is seen dating Reggie Bush. They began dating in 2007, but announced they were on a break in July 2009. Despite reports of cheating as the cause of the split, a source close to the couple claimed there was no third party involved. "This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions," the source noted. "It was a totally mutual decision." Both of them finally got back together in late September the same year.
