Representative for Paris speaks out to deny report the 28-year-old socialite kept drugs inside her house, adding 'I don't know why anyone would listen to allegations made by a self-confessed thief'.
Paris Hilton has slammed rumors suggesting the 28-year-old socialite had kept drugs inside her house. Through Vanity Fair magazine, her representative recently denied the story, which surfaced after an alleged member of the Hollywood burglar bunch insisted that he had found drugs while he looted the socialite's house.
Nicholas Prugo, who made headlines after allegedly stealing from properties owned by Hilton as well as
Lindsay Lohan,
Orlando Bloom and
Rachel Bilson, told the publication that he found drugs inside the "
House of Wax" actress. "We found about, like, five grams of coke in Paris' house," he said.
The 19-year-old burglar recently has pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony first-degree residential burglary. Prugo's lawyer, David Diamond, insisted that his client didn't steal anything at Paris Hilton's property, while the socialite's representative, Dawn Miller, has spoken out to deny the drug possession rumor. "I don't know why anyone would listen to allegations made by a self-confessed thief," she told the publication.
