Britney Spears' little sister reportedly ditches Casey Aldridge, the father of her 19-month-old daughter, for a businessman who is ten years older than her.
has split from the father of her baby, and is allegedly romancing a much older man. According to Star magazine, the 18-year-old sister of
Britney Spears has moved on from her break-up with Casey Aldridge in December as she began seeing 28-year-old businessman named James Watson.
The Zoey Brooks of Nickelodeon's "Zoey 101" reportedly met James about a year ago. Of her romance with the man who owns a company called Advanced Multimedia Partners, a source said, "They started dating last December. I don't think James cares at all about who she is; they really seem to like each other."
Providing more info on James, the source detailed, "He installs communications equipment and high-definition TVs for large corporations. James enjoys making money - and enjoys spending it too." It is explained further that the 28-year-old lives in Hammond, Louisiana, about 35 miles south of the Spears family estate in Kentwood.
Star further noted that the new man news was hardly a surprise for Jamie's friends since her former boyfriend Casey has been spending time in his family hometown of Liberty, Mississippi. A pal added, "Even when she was pregnant, she didn't really see a future with him. She only gave the impression of staying with him so long because it looked better in the eyes of the public."
Jamie Lynn Spears made headlines in 2007 when she, who at the time was 16 years old, announced that she was pregnant. While she got engaged to Casey Aldridge before her baby girl was born, the engagement was called off in March 2009. In June 19 the same year, she gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann Aldridge at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi.
