The full trailer of M. Night Shyamalan's live-action adaptation of 'Avatar' reels in new glimpses of Noah Ringer's Aang, Dev Patel's Zuko,Nicola Peltz's Katara and Jackson Rathbone's Sokka.
The full trailer of "The Last Airbender" has finally arrived. Giving a better understanding to the storyline, the promo video coming out via Yahoo! Movies provides more glimpses at some of the major characters, Noah Ringer's Aang, Dev Patel's Zuko, Nicola Peltz's Katara and Jackson Rathbone's Sokka.
Opened with snippets of Katara and Sokka, the trailer offers explanation on what Aang is destined to do and who will try to destroy him. Though some of the footage are similar to its TV spot for the Super Bowl XLIV, the sneak peek also gives out many new footage displaying new action sequences as well as dialog.
"The Last Airbender" follows Aang and is set in a world where human civilization is divided into four nations: Water, Earth, Air and Fire. With the help of a protective teenage Waterbender named Katara and her bull-headed brother Sokka, Aang proceeds on a perilous journey to restore balance to their war-torn world.
A live-action film version of Nickelodeon's animated series of the same name, "Last Airbender" is directed, produced and penned by "The Sixth Sense" helmer/writer M. Night Shyamalan. This action fantasy movie is scheduled to be dropped in theaters across the U.S. on July 2.
