Jay Leno will be making his comeback to "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" after the Conan O'Brien drama with the help of Adam Lambert. The season 8 runner up of "American Idol" has announced that he will be making a visit to the late night talk show through his official site.
The 28-year-old's appearance on "The Tonight Show" was revealed in the "Upcoming Appearance" section of his site. It unfolded that the "Whataya Want from Me" will take the stage to perform "Music Again". He is set to appear on the Tuesday, March 2 episode, making him the second guest on the revamped version of the talk show.
"The Tonight Show" will be returning to its old time starting on March 1. Jamie Foxx had been reported to be the first guest. NBC, however, remains mum on which guest stars have been confirmed to make an appearance on the show. Several different promos have been aired, but one gives an indication for the move from the primetime slot to the old one.
Adam Lambert recently caught attention when he took a short pause during his private concert for iHeartRadio on Monday, February 15 due to a talking-on-phone concertgoer. After stopping in the middle of a song, he politely told the front row seater, "Sorry, can you get off your phone? You're yelling into it. Really? You're not watching TV, honey. It's a live show."
