'I'm still very much single,' the 'Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)' hitmaker sets the record straight when asked about circulating rumor of her dating the one-third of the Jonas Brothers.
Contrary to recent speculation, there's nothing romantic happening between
Pixie Lott and
Joe Jonas. Providing clarification to what is really going on between the two was the 'Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)' hitmaker herself. When pursued about the matter by News of the World, she said, "We're only working together."
The 19-year-old English artist went on to praise her music collaborator, but stressing that she remains unattached to him. "He's a great guy but nothing's happening at the moment," the BRIT Award-nominee said of the middle member of the
Jonas Brothers. She added, "I'm still very much single."
Earlier, The Sun came out with the claim that Joe Jonas Pixie Lott when she was in Los Angeles to film "
Fred: The Movie". A pal told the publication, "They have known each other a while. But she was visiting LA last week and he made sure he saw her every day. There were five nights on the trot where they ended up hanging out and going out together."
Regarding their collaboration, Pixie previously opened up to The Mirror, "It's so exciting. I met Joe at the MTV Awards in Germany and now I'm working with him in LA." Though not giving out much, she further shared on their work together. "We wrote a song together in the studio," she said, "which I love, and we've been hanging out."
