"Make A Wave", the song recorded by Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato for Disney's "Friends for Change: Project Green", has finally arrived for listening pleasure. The charity single, which was debuted live by the two Disney stars at Epcot Center on February 11, officially hit the airwaves as it was premiered on Radio Disney on Friday, February 26.
Hours before the duet tune of the "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" came out, Demi has let her fans know when it will be released in full through her Twitter account. Her tweet on the day of the premiere read, "Planet Premiere of Make a Wave on Radio Disney in twenty minutes, who's gonna listen????"
"Make A Wave" will be featured in the upcoming Disneynature film "OCEANS". Having been debuted on Radio Disney, it will be made available for purchase on iTunes starting March 15. On February 15, Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato have got together on Malibu beach to film a music video for the track. Behind-the-scenes footage and on-set photos of their shooting have been outed earlier.
The video will be premiered on Disney Channel March 14 with an online launching at Disney.com on the following day. All proceeds will benefit environmental charities through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund (DWCF).
