The Pitkin County D.A. reportedly is interested in the declaration signed by the actress when obtaining a restraining order against her ex-husband.
Former Bond girl
Denise Richards could end up having to speak up against her ex-husband
Charlie Sheen. According to TMZ, the Pitkin County D.A. has enlisted the help of law enforcement in L.A. County to contact the actress' agent and lawyer about possibility of her testifying in Sheen's criminal case.
A declaration signed by the "Denise Richards: It's Complicated" star when she got a restraining order against the actor has reportedly caught the attention of the D.A. In it, the 39-year-old actress claimed during an argument on December 30, 2005, Sheen "pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders."
"I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children's toys and fell on the floor with Lola," Richards' declaration further read. The actress also mentioned in the affidavit that Sheen screamed, "I hope you f--king die, bitch," before walking out the front door. She added, "he was going to have me killed. He said you are f--king with the wrong guy." Sources, as reported by TMZ, say that she will only testify if she is issued a subpoena.
Charlie Sheen is facing charges of felony menacing, misdemeanor third-degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief stemming from his Christmas Day incident in Aspen. On Friday, December 25, the son of actor
Martin Sheen was arrested after a call to 911 was made by current wife
Brooke Mueller. She, at the time, claimed that she was threatened with a knife by her husband during a heated argument at their house in Aspen, Colorado.
