In a brand new behind the scenes featurette for the romantic drama, director Julie Anne Robinson talks about how Ronnie and Will literally crash into each other when they first met.
Counting down to the March 31 U.S. release of "The Last Song", Walt Disney Pictures has come forth with another brand new featurette. Titled "Summer Love", the fresh sneak peek focuses more on how Miley Cyrus' Ronnie and Liam Hemsworth's Will first meet each other and on the conflicts that come along with their romance.
Filled with footage from the movie as well as from the set, the featurette contains commentary from Miley, writer Nicholas Sparks and director Julie Anne Robinson. While Sparks talks about the fact that the movie is a love story, Robinson teases on the scene wherein Ronnie first meets Will. Cyrus, on the other hand, exposes that her character and Liam's come from two different world.
Adapted from Nicholas Sparks' upcoming novel, "The Last Song" centers its story around a rebellious young woman who is sent to spend the summer with her estranged father. During her summer stay, she meets a successful beach volleyball player, who has his dream set on the Ivy League, and develops romance with him. Greg Kinnear and Kelly Preston are in supporting roles.
In the meantime, snippet of the songs from the romantic drama's soundtrack album has been made available. Among those previewed are Miley new track entitled "I Hope You Find It", OneRepublic's "Tyrant" and Allstar Weekend's "A Different Side of Me". The snippets can be found on Amazon.de.
