Pics: America Ferrera Gets Her Braces Off on 'Ugly Betty'

Take a look at the March 24 episode where Betty learns how her life would have been had she never worn braces.

Before March 24 comes along, a sneak peek at the "Ugly Betty" episode where America Ferrera will take her Betty's braces off are shared. Outed in the form of promotional photos, the sneak peek expose among many others Kathy Najimy's Dr. Frankel examining Betty's braces and Betty transforming into a beautiful but mean lady.

On the episode titled "Million Dollar Smile", Betty is thrilled to get her braces off. But, before that can happen, she gets knocked unconscious at a photo shoot of the "Million Dollar Bra" at the Guggenheim and spins into a dream sequence where an angelic Dr. Frankel shows her how different her life might have been had she never worn braces to begin with.

In this alternate world, Betty is the "pretty sister". Meanwhile, Hilda is homely, Ignacio is a compulsive gambler, Marc is a doting dad, and Amanda is married to Daniel. Contrary to her normal self, the beautiful Betty is mean and also in cahoots with Wilhemina to terrify and overpower everyone at Mode.

Written by Henry Alonso Myers and Chris Black, "Million Dollar Smile" will air on Wednesday, March 24 at 10 P.M. ET on ABC. The episode directed by Paul Holahan will feature guest stars, such as Donna Murphy as Eve, Neal Bledsoe as Tyler, Halley Feiffer as Allison and Ryan McGinnis as Austin.
