Asked if she could see herself dating a lady love, the 'Bad Romance' singer responds, 'Of course. There are no rules or limits when it comes to love.'
Having admitted earlier that she is bisexual,
Lady GaGa doesn't rule out possibility of her dating a woman. Asked if she could see herself with a lady love, the "Poker Face" hitmaker was quick to respond with a thumb up. "Of course," she told Now magazine. "There are no rules or limits when it comes to love."
Though mentioning that she could fall in love with a woman, the 23-year-old whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta did pointed out that she sees "love as separate from sex." She further elaborated her remark, saying, "And I happen to love male sexuality. Men have something I lack, but that I really value."
Addressing her point of view on love itself, she described, "Love is about danger, always. Love jumps off cliffs, love is irrational. It keeps you alive and it destroys you." She added, "The search for love provides nourishment for your artistic soul. I'm afraid that as soon as you really find love, there won't be anything left to write songs about."
The singer who collaborated with
Beyonce Knowles on new song "Telephone" additionally said that she is pretty much occupied with her work to find love. "When you're on tour you're totally focused on your performances and you don't notice much else," she said. "And you spend a lot more time in hotel rooms than people think. I often sit up and compose so that I can remain in contact with my creative core."
