Take a look at the first official trailer of Nimrod Antal-directed action sci-fi which gives out more of the thrilling moments.
Just days after its sneak peek was shown at SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, "Predators" has got its first official trailer up and running online. Presented by IGN, this promo video teases a bit of the storyline as it unravels the moment Adrien Brody gets together with Laurence Fishburne to figure out how to outsmart the Predators.
Although it is filled with footage similar to the behind-the-scenes released earlier, this sneak peek still gives away more of the intense footage from the movie. It offers glimpses of the scenes where the human learn for the first time about each other and what common thread they have. Footage of them joining forces to fight for their survival are also teased.
This action sci-fi movie follows Royce, a mercenary who reluctantly leads a group of elite warriors who come to realize they've been brought together on an alien planet as prey. With the exception of a disgraced physician, they are all cold-blooded killers - mercenaries, Yakuza, convicts, death squad members - that are now being systemically hunted and eliminated by a new breed of alien Predators.
Directed by Nimrod Antal, this action sci-fi movie was shot on location at Robert Rodriguez's Austin-based Troublemaker Studios. Alice Braga, Topher Grace, Danny Trejo and Walton Goggins are among the cast ensemble. Fox has set the movie to be released in theaters across the U.S. on July 7.
