A week before her upcoming album 'Sparks Fly' is due to come out in the U.S., the 'iCarly' star has brought forth a music video for its lead single.
A music video for Miranda Cosgrove's brand new song "Kissin' U" has been released. Premiered during the March 19 episode of "iCarly" on Nickelodeon, the video captures her locking lips with her love interest when taking shelter from the pouring rain. The clip was shot on the beach in Santa Monica on March 4.
"Kissin U" is the lead single off Miranda's upcoming album "Sparks Fly", which is due to come out in the U.S. on April 27. It written by Miranda with the help of Dr. Luke, the man behind Britney Spears and Katy Perry's hit singles. It was debuted by the 16-year-old during a live chat with on her Facebook on Friday, March 12.
In another news, Miranda has signed on for more "iCarly". According to The Hollywood Reporter, the songstress who will be heard voicing Margo in "Despicable Me" has worked on a new pact Nickelodeon "that's said to be in the low- to mid-seven-figure range". With the contract, she is expected to film 26 additional episodes for the show.
