Crime investigator Ted Gunderson has told the Globe which published the picture there is evidence that points to a struggle with a possible intruder at the 'Diff'rent Strokes' actor's home.
Image of
Gary Coleman on his deathbed has spread through a printed media. On Wednesday, June 9, the editors of the Globe have published on the cover of the tabloid. In the picture said to have been sold for $10,000, Gary is hooked up to a ventilation machine, while his ex-wife Shannon Price leans beside him staring at the camera.
Along with the photo, a new claim that the "Diff'rent Strokes" actor has been murdered is proposed. Crime investigator Ted Gunderson has told the publication there is evidence that points to a struggle with a possible intruder at the actor's home. "I hope we're not seeing an inexperienced police force make up its mind without knowing what they've got," he first said.
"To me, the pictures of the scene that I examined strongly suggest a murder occurred," Gunderson further noted. He then detailed, "You can tell from a blood smear on the wall that he (Coleman) fell over backward with a great deal of force, then turned his head at impact...This is a job for scientists, not beat cops."
In the meantime, the late actor's best friend and manager Dion Mial has accused Shannon Price, Gary's ex-wife, as the one who put the picture on sale. He released a statement to CNN, "Knowing Gary, as well as anyone could have, I assure his closest family, friends and fans that his disdain for this behavior would be unquestionable and paramount to any foregoing profession of 'love' for Shannon that might have ever poured from his lips."
Another friend of the "Diff'rent Strokes" star, Todd Bridges, also reacted to the released photo, saying "First of all, disgust went through my mind. I will not choose to remember my friend in that way." He continued, "I will choose to remember him as the funny, smart little kid who joked around, who had fun, who roller skated with me, [who made] club treehouses [with me] in our dressing rooms. That's how I'm going to remember Gary."
