Before revealing that she thinks the 'Sherlock Holmes' actress is 'hot', the former member of Spice Girls dishes that she would love to have dance-off with Britney Spears.

Spice Girls member, who is set to front new U.S. TV contest "Dance Your Ass Off", thinks the "
Sherlock Holmes" actress is "hot" and also has a girlie crush on
Britney Spears.
"If I could have a dance-off with any celebrity it would probably be Britney Spears because I think she's hot," she said. "I'll tell you who else I think is hot, Rachel McAdams. I'd like to kiss her!" The 35-year-old star, who raises three children with husband Stephen Belafonte, also revealed she is an unlikely fan of teenage singer
Justin Bieber.
Mel met Justin, 16, at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards earlier this year and by the time she finished speaking to him she liked him as much as her daughter Phoenix. She explained in an interview with PopEater, "We went to the Kids Choice Awards and I've never seen my 11 year old so excited."
"She was thoroughly disgusted that I didn't know who Justin Bieber was. She gave me the whole run down of who he is, his music and this, that and the other. And then we actually got to hang out with him at the Kids Choice Awards and he was super nice, so I kind of get it."
