Hayden Panettiere on a Los Angeles beach to announce Neutrogena's new Wave for Change campaign on Saturday, July 17, the Gabriella Montez of the "High School Musical" series looked lovely in a brown Missoni dress.
A Neutrogena brand ambassador, the 21-year-old actress spent the day to kick off the movement. She also helps to inform teenagers they can help the company decide how to distribute up to $200,000 from sales of the Wave Sonic Power-Cleaner and Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit product sold for disaster relief, education and environmental causes through .
"It's so cool that Neutrogena is letting the fans go to to take a quiz to determine how the money raised for charity is being distributed," the actress who will be seen as Blondie in "

Vanessa wasn't the only one that has a say in the charity project. Fellow Neutrogena brand ambassador Hayden also said, "Often people want to participate, but they don't know how so the fact Neutrogena is opening the door and kids are getting to be a part of something and help the world is an amazing thing to be a part of."
