Anne Hathaway will be seen relentlessly bashing her bag on Jake Gyllenhaal's head in "Love and Other Drugs". Apple has debuted the first trailer of this drama film, offering a look at how Anne's Maggie Murdock expresses her anger and resentment towards Jake's Jamie Reidy before they turn into love and affections.
"Love" follows Maggie, an alluring free spirit who won't let anyone or anything tie her down. But, she is up for a surprise of her life after meeting Jamie, whose relentless and nearly infallible charm serve him well with the ladies and in the cutthroat world of pharmaceutical sales. As their relationship evolves, she as well as Jamie find themselves under the influence of the ultimate drug: love.
Directed by Edward Zwick, this drama is based on Jamie Reidy's novel "Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman". It is supported by Gabriel Macht, Hank Azaria, Oliver Platt and Jaimie Alexander in addition to Anne and Jake. 20th Century Fox is set to release it in theaters across the United States on November 24.
