Words are, the couple have agreed to set aside an hour each day or a three-way conference call with a relationship advisor after Katy got worried their hectic schedules make them spend time apart.
Russell Brand and
Katy Perry reportedly have therapy every day. The couple have agreed to set aside an hour each day or a three-way conference call with a relationship advisor after the "Teenage Dream" singer became concerned their hectic work schedules meant they were spending too much time apart.
"They've been spending more time apart than ever before. Russell's doing 14-hour days on the '
Arthur' set in New York, while Katy's been in Europe and Australia working all sorts of hours," a source told the Daily Mirror newspaper. "Combine this with the time differences and, as you can imagine, it's been tough."
"Relationship counsellings was Katy's idea because she was adamant they should make their relationship rock solid. As a result they both clear an hour in their schedules every day to have a conference call with a therapist, talking things over and making their bond as watertight as possible."
It was recently claimed that 25-year-old Katy asked Russell, who proposed to her in India on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2009 after a whirlwind romance, to sell his 2.5 million pounds London home because she was uneasy about his womanizing past.
A friend of the couple revealed, "Now they are getting married, Katy didn't feel comfortable with the amount of girls who knew where Russell lived, and of course the history it carries."
