Shakira could be having some trouble with the law in foreign soil. According to various reports, the Colombian singer could be served with a fine from Barcelona authorities after footage of her dancing with fans in a fountain and riding a motorbike without a helmet in the Spanish city popped out in YouTube.
The authorities reportedly claimed that the 33-year-old pop singer "did not even ask for permission to film", and noted that she can actually "take this kind of footage without problems" if she has the permission. They are currently looking into the YouTube footage "to detect infringements that have been committed during the recording."
Shakira hit various spots in the city of Barcelona to film scenes for her music video for Dizzee Rascal-duet, "Loca", from upcoming Spanish album "Sale El Sol". She was seen channeling biker chick persona with a black leather bikini top and a pair of black trousers, wearing knee pads and old-school roller-skates, and donning gold-sequined outfit for the video.
The "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)" singer is expected to release "Sale El Sol" on November 2. She is also set to kick off her world tour in mid-September, starting with a concert at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada on September 15. She will perform a total of 21 shows before heading off to Latin America, Europe and Asia.
