Admitting in an interview she is still too young to understand the complexities of a relationship, the 'Ramona and Beezus' star gives her young fans tips for first date in another.
Selena Gomez may have get a taste of the ups and downs of a relationship, but she admitted to have yet figured out the whole romance thing. Gracing the cover of which hits newsstands on September 14, the Alex Russo of "Wizards of Waverly Place" claims she is still too young to understand the complexities of a relationship.
"You never really know when you're in love at this age. I don't know what love is," the 18-year-old songstress wisely acknowledged in the cover story when discussing about romance. Though so, she seems to have an idea what kind of boyfriend she is looking for. "I would like someone who is not cool and who is really fun to be around and loves family and has good morals," she spilled.
While she is in the blind when it comes to love, the "Round & Round" singer has first date advices for fans. To BOP magazine, she said, "My first date tips are: make sure that your date listens - that's a good one! - and make sure that you listen and just be yourself. Talk. Get to know each other." She added, "Don't do movies in the beginning stages so you can talk and get to know the person."
Romance aside, Selena also opened up to Latina magazine that she is not in a hurry to grow up and isn't feeling her age. "I'm 18, but I feel like I'm still 15," the former girlfriend of
Jonas Brothers'
Nick Jonas explained. "I feel very young at heart, and I still want to jump up and down on my bed singing and rocking out."
