Meanwhile, Ashley's 'Hellcats' co-star Alyson Michalka shares she needs to 'find that guy who's worthy of committing myself to'.
Ashley Tisdale has spilled that her idea of perfect boyfriend has changed from when she was in high school. Discussing what she really look for in a guy with Seventeen magazine for its October 2010 issue, the Sharpay Evans of the "High School Musical" series claimed these days she likes laid-back guys rather than the popular ones.
"In high school, it was all about popularity, being with the boyfriend and all the girls thinking he's cute. Now, I am more into a guy's personality," the 25-year-old explained. "I like someone I can have fun with and who can be more laid-back than I am, because it calms me down. At the same time, I want to be with someone who wants to work as much as I do and who respects me like I respect him."
While Ashley opened up about the changes in her criteria of boyfriend, her "Hellcats" co-star
Alyson Michalka admitted she is currently single. Though so, she said, "I'm so ready to have boyfriend. I just need to find that guy who's worthy of committing myself to."
Having said she is not " your average girl", the one-half of 78violet pointed out, "And I think a lot of guys are intimidated by girls who know what they want." She added, "I still live at home when I am in L.A., I'm really close to my family, I have a busy life and I'm super-close to my sister [Amanda Michalka] - so basically if you date me, you date her. And he's either into it or he's not."
Ashley and Alyson share the cover shot of the October issue of Seventeen magazine, which will hit newsstands on Tuesday, September 14. The two will be seen starring as members of competitive cheerleading team on "Hellcats" which will air every Wednesday night at 9 P.M. starting on September 8.
