Trying to show his appreciation for his MTV Video Music Awards nomination, the 'Baby' hitmaker informs fans that the network has allowed him to perform closer to them.
Justin Bieber will be performing on an outdoor stage at 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. The Canadian pop sensation has brought out the good news through Twitter as he announced that the music network has allowed him to take on his performance outside the Nokia Theater this coming Sunday, September 12.
"just want everyone in the LA area to know some cool news....," the 16-year-old began his series of tweets. He continued, "if it wasnt for the fans i wouldnt be at the VMA's or be nominated so i asked @mtv to let me perform outside for the fans during the show... so this sunday i am performing outside at the VMA's for u guys!!"
The "Baby" hitmaker further promised that he will share more about the performance later. He wrote, "Details will be coming soon on how to get in the Audience!!! SEE U THERE!!" Later on, he tweeted that he is busy prepping for his performance, writing "off to rehearsal for the VMA's!! We are almost there...just 4 Days now!!!"
This year's MTV VMAs will be hosted by
Chelsea Handler. Aside from Justin, other performers tapped to entertain audience during the show include
Eminem and
Drake among others. Drake, in particular, will be joined by
Swizz Beatz and
Mary J. Blige on stage for his number.
