Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Leonardo DiCaprio are also among the winners at 2010 Scream Awards, which is dominated by 'Inception' with six wins in total.
Winners of the 5th Annual Scream Awards have been honored last Saturday, October 16 at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, but it wasn't until Tuesday night, October 19 that
Anne Hathaway was revealed to be among them. The 27-year-old actress collected her first win at the awards show by grabbing Best Supporting Actress title.
The actress who was nominated for 2009 Oscars for her part in "
Rachel Getting Married" nailed the kudo for her role as White Queen in "
Alice in Wonderland". She came out triumphant over the likes of
Abigail Breslin,
Jennifer Carpenter,
Marion Cotillard, Yunjin Kim and
Sigourney Weaver.
Anne was the only cast members from "Alice" who managed to walk away with a kudo from the awards show. Leading lady
Mia Wasikowska lost Best Fantasy Actress to
Kristen Stewart and Best Female Breakout Performance to Chloe Moretz, while lead actor
Johnny Depp got beaten by
Robert Pattinson in the category of Best Fantasy Actor.
This year's Scream Awards was dominated by Christopher Nolan-directed "
Inception". The sci-fi film collected six kudos in total, including The Ultimate Scream and Best Science Fiction Movie. Three of its male actors,
Leonardo DiCaprio,
Joseph Gordon-Levitt and
Tom Hardy, also grabbed an award each.
Other winners included
Scarlett Johansson,
Mickey Rourke and
Robert Downey Jr.. All three won a kudo for their superhero film, "
Iron Man 2". While Scarlett nailed Best Science Fiction Actress, Mickey and Robert scored Best Villain and Best Superhero title. "
Zombieland" actor
Bill Murray, in the meantime, secure a win for Best Cameo.
