Two friends decide to turn their relationship into a sexual one without any emotional attachment, but things get complicated when one of them falls in love with the other.
Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer of "No Strings Attached". Coming out via Moviefone, the promo video for the romantic comedy teases that while Ashton Kutcher starts to develop feelings for her, Natalie Portman is trying to keep him strictly as a friend who will warm up her bed without any emotional attachment.
Natalie takes on the role of Emma Franklin, a doctor who is too busy with her work to have a real relationship. Meanwhile, Ashton plays her best friend Adam Kurtzman. Together, the two try to have a sexual, but emotional free relationship. However, it doesn't take long for them to realize that they want something more.
"No Strings Attached" is directed and produced by the man behind "Ghostbusters", Ivan Reitman. Previously known as "Friends With Benefits", it has Cary Elwes, Kevin Kline, Olivia Thirlby and Lake Bell in supporting roles. Paramount will release this romantic comedy in U.S. theaters on January 21, 2011.
