After giving birth to her third child in May, the German model is in a bid to get her stunning body back with the help of personal trainer David Higgins who reveals she comes to exercise every day.
Claudia Schiffer is doing Pilates to help regain her pre-baby figure. The supermodel gave birth to her third child, Cosima, in May and in a bid to get her stunning body back, she has enlisted the help of personal trainer David Higgins and exercises every day.
"She's been training with me at my Ten Pilates studio in Notting Hill," David said. "After the baby she was coming three times a week, but now she comes here every day. It's really high-intensity Pilates and she loves it, as opposed to the gym, which she absolutely hates."
David says one of the main reasons Claudia - who has two other children, Caspar, seven, and Clementine, five, with husband Matthew Vaughn - is working so hard with her Pilates is because looking good is so important to her career.
He told Telegraph newspaper, "Obviously, a huge motivation for her is work: she knows she has to get herself back together. She has one of those amazing bodies that can do anything very quickly; she heals well, she gets the results fantastically quickly."
